Required:

• .NET development experience, including custom database-driven web parts and timer jobs for SharePoint on-premise and cloud environments.
• C# .NET Framework and ASCX user control development in Visual Studio 2017 or newer.
  
  

Nice to have :

• ColdFusion experience, with strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML.
• Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle (TOAD) databases.
• Strong C# .NET programming and SharePoint web part development abilities.
• Knowledge of ColdFusion-to-.NET migration methodologies and best practices.
• SQL Server and Oracle database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with Fortify vulnerability scanning and implementing security remediations.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assess existing ColdFusion applications and develop a strategy for migration into the SharePoint environment.
• Migrate ColdFusion applications to C# .NET user controls (ASCX) and web parts using Visual Studio 2017 or newer.
• Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET database-driven web applications running as user controls within SharePoint.
• Implement timer jobs and custom workflows for both on-premises and cloud-based SharePoint solutions.
• Apply security fixes to applications based on Fortify vulnerability scan results.
• Ensure all solutions meet DoD cybersecurity requirements and adhere to Microsoft’s .NET and SharePoint development best practices.
• Serve as backup support for critical application troubleshooting and functional enhancements when primary support staff are unavailable.
• Collaborate with software developers and SharePoint administrators to integrate services and develop custom plug-ins.
