Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
- Code Development: Develop high-quality application code that meets acceptance criteria and follows established programming standards. Ensure all code is clear, maintainable, and consistent with existing system architecture and SDLC protocols.
- API & Microservices: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless data integration and ensure high-performance application functionality.
- DevOps Culture: Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) best practices.
- Technical Analysis: Assist in analyzing business requirements to create detailed functional specifications. Collaborate with senior staff and stakeholders to design efficient, dependable, and maintainable application logic.
- Design Refinement: Participate in the interpretation and refinement of technical designs based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Incident Management: Support the resolution of production issues by identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes. Execute program logic and procedural changes according to established implementation plans.
- Customer & Team Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach to development by delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Collaborate professionally within the team, treating internal stakeholders as clients and continuously seeking ways to optimize work processes.
- Stack: .NET 8.0/10.0, SQL Server, React (Nice-to-have), and Azure.
- Experience: 1-5 years Intermediate, depending on the candidate's architectural depth.
- Mindset: Strong focus on Agile, BDD/TDD, and Engineering Excellence.
