Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in technical systems programming and full-cycle software development.
• Proficiency in the Angular framework including PrimeNG, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering.
• Experience with designing RESTful APIs and backend services utilizing ASP.NET Core.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated DevOps deployment workflows.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and FISMA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software build and deployment processes.
• Construct scalable API integrations to ensure data consistency across diverse administrative platforms.
• Perform comprehensive system testing including unit, integration, and automated regression cycles.
• Refactor legacy codebases and migrate aging software systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
• Document application architectures, API specifications, and technical coding standards for development teams.
• Integrate security protocols into the software lifecycle to meet regulatory data protection requirements.
