Role: .Net Lead/Architect Location: Carmel, Indianapolis Contract position
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Strong expertise in API design and development (RESTful services, microservices architecture)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Proven experience in solutioning with a solid architecture background
Ability to work as an individual contributor, including independently troubleshooting and resolving complex issue
Hands-on experience with design and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or draw.io
Experience working with external partners/stakeholders and integrating third-party systems
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, Glue, CloudWatch, Parameter Store, and Amazon S3
Proficiency in .NET technologies including C#, Entity Framework
Experience with PostgreSQL database design and optimization
Understanding of deployment and configuration management, with hands-on experience in tools like Harness
Advanced Concepts:Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and hands-on experience with Cursor-based development or similar AI-assisted tools
Experience in preparing high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD) documents
Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), including strategies for decomposing monoliths into microservices
Familiarity with idempotency strategies and building resilient, fault-tolerant systems
The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving solutions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
