We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer & Architect to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, strong development skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of ServiceNow products and platform capabilities.
- Design, develop, and implement new ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Build and optimize workflows, scripts, and automation solutions to improve business processes.
- Develop and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
- Monitor platform performance, health, usage, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and production support.
- 1215 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development technologies.
- Experience developing dashboards, tools, and automated workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and related objects.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
