Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing teams in delivering quality products. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles, removes impediments, and continuously improves processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow for the team
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog
- Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability
- Support multiple teams in scaling Agile practices (if applicable)
- Ensure transparency and effective communication among stakeholders
- Help teams adopt DevOps and CI/CD practices where relevant
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
- Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
