Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing teams in delivering quality products. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles, removes impediments, and continuously improves processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow for the team
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability
• Support multiple teams in scaling Agile practices (if applicable)
• Ensure transparency and effective communication among stakeholders
• Help teams adopt DevOps and CI/CD practices where relevant
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
