Sales Leader / Presales - AI/ML Solutions Location: Fremont, CA Duration: Fulltime
Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-ticket AI/ML consulting and implementation projects.
Value-Based Selling: Translate technical concepts like MCP and Agentic Orchestration into clear business outcomes (e.g., "reducing operational costs by 40%" or "automating cross-departmental workflows").
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the AI/ML Practice Lead and Architect to develop custom proposals, SOWs, and technical proofs-of-concept (POCs).
Market Education: Act as a thought leader, representing at industry events and workshops
Cross-Pillar Synergy: Work with our Salesforce and Data teams to upsell AI/ML layers onto existing CRM and Data Lake
Required Skills & Qualifications
AI Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must be able to confidently discuss LLMs, RAG, Agentic Workflows.
Consultative Sales Experience: 6 years in B2B technology sales, with at least 2 years specifically in AI, Data Science, or high-end Digital Engineering services.
C-Suite Navigation: Proven track record of selling to CTOs, CDOs (Chief Data Officers), and COOs at Mid-Market and Enterprise levels.
Network: An existing book of business or network within the AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce, or Data ecosystems is a major plus.
