Are you a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven professional with a strong background in the engineering industry? We are currently seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of national accounts, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a strong ability to understand and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings, and a proven track record in customer interaction, problem solving, and installation.

Responsibilities:

As our National Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a diverse portfolio of national accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Interpreting and understanding engineering blueprints and drawings, and using this knowledge to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients.
  • Leveraging your strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs, and developing innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Leading and coordinating installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Conducting regular account reviews to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and using this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making and planning.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
  • A strong technical understanding, with the ability to interpret and understand engineering blueprints and drawings.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing national accounts, with a strong track record in customer interaction and service delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and address customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience in leading and coordinating installation projects, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret market trends and use this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
