Location: Yonkers, NY (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MyChart Trainer / Digital Adoption Consultant to support frontline adoption of MyChart and related digital patient engagement tools. This role will work closely with operational leaders, providers, and frontline staff to improve utilization of digital capabilities through hands-on coaching, workflow optimization, training, and change management initiatives.

The consultant will serve as an on-site resource, providing real-time support, workflow observations, staff education, and adoption monitoring across healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver at-the-elbow coaching and support for providers, clinical staff, and operational teams.
• Train users on MyChart functionality and digital patient engagement tools.
• Reinforce best practices for promoting MyChart during patient interactions.
• Conduct workflow assessments and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
• Assist staff with integrating digital engagement activities into daily workflows.
• Support change management initiatives to increase utilization of digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with Digital Adoption Teams and operational leadership.
• Monitor adoption metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of MyChart training and adoption support experience.
• Expert knowledge of Epic and MyChart applications.
• Experience providing at-the-elbow support in healthcare environments.
• Strong workflow analysis and workflow optimization skills.
• Experience with training development and delivery.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient engagement processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced clinical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems.

Certifications

• Epic Certification (Required)
• MyChart Certification (Required)
• Training Certification or equivalent training experience preferred.

• Must be able to work onsite five days per week.
