We are seeking a creative and detail- who excels at visual storytelling and transforming complex ideas into engaging learning experiences.
This role requires someone who can design compelling presentations, create multimedia content, and craft narratives that effectively communicate key messages. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with strong visual and storytelling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Create executive-level presentations (PPT) with clear, compelling storytelling
Translate complex business ideas into simple, structured narratives
Design visually polished slides, graphics, and infographics
Develop storyboards and content flow before design execution
Produce multimedia content (videos, animations, visual assets) as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape messaging and refine storylines
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high quality and consistency
Ensure all content is audience-focused, impactful, and easy to consume
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
Understanding of learning principles and user engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
A storyteller first, designer second
Someone who can turn content into compelling narratives
Strong sense of visual hierarchy, flow, and audience engagement
Ability to balance creativity with clarity and structure
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating:
