We are backfilling Dagim resume attached. The manager has noted the following reason for ending his assignment.
Reason: Dagim was hired as a MuleSoft developer with the expectation that he would also support XMLG as part of a transition plan. Recently, he has been unwilling to take on any XMLG work and has stated a preference to work only on MuleSoft.
Despite discussions around adapting to current business needs, this continues to be an issue. He has now cited health concerns as a reason to avoid XMLG work altogether. Given this, we do not want to risk any further impact to his health.

(7-9 Years of Experience) The Application Developer is responsible for evaluating internal and external solutions while adhering to standards, procedures and practices; providing input to plans and estimates for completing work; and following system development life cycle to provide software solutions. The application developer works closely with business partners and business analysts to understand requirements that drive the design of quality technical solutions.
