- Full authority: hiring, performance, compensation decisions
- Ensure compliance: TILA, RESPA, ECOA, SAFE, HMDA, FinCEN, CFPB
- 8 years in mortgage lending
- Leadership experience (team or division level)
- Strong underwriting credit knowledge
- Proven production performance
- Deep compliance knowledge (federal/state)
- Bachelor’s preferred
- Willingness to relocate to South Bend, IN
