This is a full-time, on-site role, with room for growth, based in our mortgage operations office.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare accurate and timely initial and final closing disclosures and loan documents
- Coordinate with title companies and manage funding wires
- Review signed loan packages for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and internal quality standards
- Communicate with internal and external partners to keep the process moving
- 1 year of experience in loan closing (preferred)
- Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting procedures, and compliance standards (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities
- A proactive, deadline-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
