- Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 annually (depending on experience)

Daily Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support for injection molding operations, driving improvements in scrap reduction, cycle times, and setup efficiency
- Establish and maintain robust process windows using scientific molding techniques and DOE methodologies
- Conduct process validation, capability analysis, and root cause investigations to improve product quality and process stability
- Optimize manufacturing workflows, equipment layout, and space utilization for maximum efficiency
- Lead and coordinate cGMP-compliant manufacturing improvements and technical activities
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, setup procedures, and technical specifications
- Design and specify new manufacturing equipment and processes
- Identify equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement, product design, and process enhancements
- Support the development of PFMEA, control plans, and corrective/preventive action plans
- Partner with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods
- Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, design changes, and technical solutions
- Apply statistical analysis to forecast and improve manufacturing performance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8 years of hands-on experience in injection molding manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting molding processes and resolving production defects
- In-depth knowledge of injection molding presses (hydraulic and electric), molds, and auxiliary equipment (dryers, blenders, loaders, hot runners, sprue pickers)
- Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes within budget and timeline constraints
- Familiarity with common thermoplastics such as Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, ABS, and Nylon
- Strong understanding of process optimization, validation, and continuous improvement methodologies
- RJG Master Molder Certification or equivalent
- Experience with EOAT (End of Arm Tooling) and six-axis robot programming
- Background in advanced automation and integrated manufacturing systems
