Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, EDI, IICS, batch jobs)

Support Government Pricing calculations (AMP, BP, NFAMP, ASP)

Data analysis and reconciliation using SQL

Support releases, SITUAT, and production fixes

Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills

Handson experience with Model N Flex

Strong understanding of US Market Access processes

Experience in AMS MSP Production Support

Strong SQL Skills (Cognos Reporting Preferred)

Pharma Life Sciences domain experience

Nice to Have

Exposure to Model N GPM

Experience with ERP or finance system integrations
