- Design and implement Cloud Infrastructure applications and services, taking into account best practices and industry standards
- 3 years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows and/or macOS) experience
- The Ability to:
- Deploy, coordinate Maintain and troubleshoot a cloud-based MDM solution, ideally solutions and remote management of device lifecycle in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (handled SCCM) and enabled office 365 services Deploy, configure and administer features of Azure A
- Act as a level 3 escalation point for operational tickets in all aspects of Device Lifecycle Management
- Analyze and document trends and identify recommendations for solutions and streamlining
