Key Skills Required.
- Led Microsoft Intune implementation for enterprise mobile device management, owning the solution end to end
- Designed, configured, and deployed Intune from scratch with enterprise grade security and governance controls
- Managed and secured iOS and Android devices at scale using modern MDM/MAM best practices
- Implemented and supported both Corporate Owned and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) models
- Defined device compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, and conditional access
- Partnered with security and identity teams to align Intune with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure endpoint management solutions.
- Review new/existing technology and build out services and/or implementations for mobile devices, such as (O365, OneDrive for Business, Cisco WebEx, and other related Microsoft Applications). Need experience on both IOS and Android devices.
- Administer endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM)
- Develop and enforce endpoint policies for OS updates, security patches, application deployments, and device configurations.
- Ensure device compliance with organizational security and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST).
- Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint performance, connectivity, and security issues.
- Automate device provisioning and software deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain endpoint protection and detection mechanisms (e.g., EDR/XDR tools).
- Provide support and guidance to IT support teams regarding endpoint issues and escalations.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and endpoint lifecycle documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices in endpoint management.
