Role: Mobile Developer (.NET MAUI)

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – Only Local Candidates)

Duration: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Developer with strong experience in .NET MAUI to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications and working in Agile environments.

Required Experience:

• 6–9 years of mobile application development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (Mandatory)
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Public GitHub repository showcasing relevant projects
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clarity and implementation of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
• Collaborate with client technical managers to understand IT landscape and priorities
• Design and develop reusable components, frameworks, and common standards
• Review and implement designs aligned with architecture guidelines
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies with PM
• Support effort estimation, planning, and execution
