Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery and coordination of enterprise data initiatives across technical and business teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution progress across multiple workstreams.
- Partner closely with engineering, analytics, reporting, and platform teams to drive successful delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
- Assist with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint execution activities.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with timelines, business objectives, and delivery expectations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Agile delivery processes.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Project Management, Scrum Leadership, Business Operations, or related delivery-focused roles.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience serving as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise data environments, including coordination across data, analytics, reporting, or platform teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume, execution-focused environments.
- Experience partnering with both technical and business teams to drive delivery outcomes.
- Strong communication, organization, and execution management skills.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale data or analytics organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery focus.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
