Analyst/Conversion
The Conversion Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and validating data migration activities to support the successful implementation of ERP systems. This role works closely with functional and technical teams to ensure that legacy data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into the new ERP environment, meeting business and system requirements while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Analyst/Conversion
The Conversion Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and validating data migration activities to support the successful implementation of ERP systems. This role works closely with functional and technical teams to ensure that legacy data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into the new ERP environment, meeting business and system requirements while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Analyze source data from legacy systems and map it to target ERP structures
- Develop data conversion strategies, schedules, and test plans in coordination with project teams
- Design and document data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate data requirements and conversion rules
- Perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct mock conversions and support data validation during system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and gaps throughout the migration lifecycle
- Maintain detailed documentation of conversion processes, mappings, and validations for audit and support purposes
