This role focuses on building applications that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows with Power Automate
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse) and external systems
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Dataverse, and Azure services
- Proficiency in Power FX, C#, and experience with SharePoint Online
- Ideally has UI/UX customizations experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions
