We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Process Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will analyze, design, and optimize business processes while leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or process changes.
- Support CRM data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with CRM systems.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).
- Solid understanding of business process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts, etc.).
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, PL-200).
- Experience with integrations (APIs, Azure services, third-party tools).
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analytics.
- Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus.
