We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Administrator / Developer to support and enhance existing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions while also contributing to the development of new applications. This role combines SharePoint administration, custom development, Power BI analytics, and Dynamics 365 development in a customer-facing environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience across Microsoft platforms and strong expertise in both administration and development.

Microsoft Administrator / Developer Location: San Diego, CA (Local preferred some onsite client interaction) Important Notes

- Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

- Design, publish, and secure Power BI dashboards and reports
- Configure and maintain Power BI Gateways
- Develop and support Dynamics 365 applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders during onsite and remote engagements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft technologies
