Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AV & Digital Media Systems Specialist to support enterprise audiovisual systems, digital media platforms, collaboration tools, and custom applications. This role blends live-event AV support, video and webinar production, application administration, automation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure reliable, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences across the organization.

Comment Text: The role is primarily focused on development (.net dev), which takes up about 50% of the responsibilities. The other support tools mentioned, such as Marketing Cloud, O365, Teams, and SharePoint, account for about 20%. Lastly, AV support 30%.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

AV & Digital Media Systems Support

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise AV infrastructure, including live-production systems, streaming tools, and conference room technology.
• Provide live-event support for streaming, recording, and remote speaker integration, including setup, monitoring, and real-time issue resolution.
• Coordinate AV scheduling, setup, and technical support for internal and external meetings and events.
• Work with AV and platform vendors to manage quotes, renewals, upgrades, and escalations.
  
  

Video & Audio Content Management

• Oversee video-on-demand (VOD) downloads, archival, and lifecycle management to meet retention and decommissioning timelines.
• Maintain and support the existing video platform while coordinating transition activities to a new vendor environment, including access, connectivity, and governance.
• Prepare and optimize video files (transcoding, metadata, quality checks) to ensure compatibility, performance, and accessibility.
• Organize and catalog media assets for long-term storage and retrieval; document content management processes.
• Produce, edit, and publish podcasts, maintaining feeds, metadata, branding, legal, and accessibility compliance.
  
  

Webinar Coordination & Support

• Coordinate webinar logistics including scheduling, platform setup, rehearsals, and live moderation.
• Ensure consistent audio/video quality during live sessions.
• Edit, publish, and archive webinar recordings in compliance with accessibility, metadata, and retention standards.
  
  

Automation & Platform Development

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Establish governance, application lifecycle management (ALM), environment strategies, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and line-of-business systems using standard connectors and custom APIs.
  
  

Electronic Signature & Workflow Automation

• Administer electronic signature solutions, including templates, user permissions, and system integrations.
• Design end-to-end digital signature workflows with audit trails, retention, and compliance alignment.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  
  

Project Coordination & Documentation

• Support procurement and contract activities, including documentation drafting, vendor coordination, and purchase order tracking.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and service metrics.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, onboarding, and training for backup staff and new hires.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Partner with program teams, Finance, and Procurement to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and end users to improve adoption and user experience.
• Participate in planning and governance activities; recommend improvements to service reliability, accessibility, and security.
