- Experience in technical writing for IT or healthcare systems.
- Strong ability to create, edit, and refine complex technical and business documentation.
- Knowledge of documentation standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and vendor stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with enterprise-level systems or large-scale programs.
- Experience reviewing and ensuring compliance of documentation with regulatory standards.
- Experience participating in meetings and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Edit and refine business and technical documentation for MES programs.
- Develop clear, structured, and accurate documentation for planning, implementation, and operations.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure consistency across all materials.
- Support procurement documentation and program-related materials.
- Participate in meetings and gather necessary information for documentation.

- Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).
- Familiarity with CMS guidelines and compliance standards.
