What You’ll Do
- Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Meditech Client/Server Revenue Cycle modules, including ADM, SCH, ABS, BAR, ARM, and MRI
- Support and troubleshoot 3M and Experian integrations with Meditech
- Handle break/fix issues, system changes, testing, upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance
- Support workflows related to registration, scheduling, billing, and patient access
- Document build, changes, testing, and issue resolution activities
- Work closely with users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve application and system issues
- Participate in after-hours on-call support as needed
