We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be a key player in designing, developing, and enhancing our innovative products. This role requires a creative mind that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality control, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and engineering analysis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D Printing, and Engineering Drawings, with a solid understanding of NPI and NPD. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
• Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be seamlessly integrated into the current production process.
• Conduct product testing and create models and prototypes.
• Apply understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics in the design process.
• Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D printing to create and analyze designs.
• Prepare and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Carry out quality control processes to maintain the high quality of products.
• Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) processes, providing valuable engineering insights.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D printing.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and engineering analysis.
• Experience in quality control processes.
• Familiarity with NPI and NPD processes.
• Excellent technical drawing skills, with the ability to interpret and create engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proven track record of successful product design and development.
