Job Description:

Required Technical Skill Set

• Mechanical engineer / Design engineers, with Manufacturing engineering background.
• Technology Development
• New Product Introduction
• In-service reliability tracking and investigations.
• Non-conforming material review
• Production modifications
• Obsolescence management.
• Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the offshore team
• New Product Introduction /Sustaining Project engineering, fulfilling the requirements of Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Stress engineers.
• Develop the Method/Process on how to flow, control and execute the task.
• Interact with the customer to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions
• Design and lead the development of different modules and other release processes
• Work closely with customer to understand the requirement
• Data segregation,
• Triaging
• Experienced in SolidWorks / Catia software

• US National
• Experienced In Data segregation, Triaging…
• Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team
• Interact with the customer to understand the requirements and propose and implement
• Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs
• Leading the technical deliverables
• Directly handling technical queries from customer
