Strategy & Design: Develop enterprise MDM strategies, design scalable architectures, data models, integration workflows, and data flow diagrams.
Implementation Oversight: Guide technical teams (developers, data stewards) in building and deploying MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Data Governance: Establish policies, standards, and compliance guidelines for data quality, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge business and DT, translating requirements, communicating value, and ensuring MDM supports overall.
