This role provides on-the-floor Quality Assurance support for Clinical and Commercial drug substance manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleanroom oversight, electronic batch record review, and serving as a QA liaison during manufacturing and facility events within a GMP environment. This is a fully onsite role with rotating shifts (Day, Swing, Grave) every six months.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily oversight and support for the Drug Substance manufacturing areas
- Ensure compliance for Manufacturing and Facilities & Engineering staff in the execution of their processes and procedures
- Maintain a purposeful presence on the manufacturing floor
- Perform electronic batch record review
- Handle SOP revision and approval, work order approval, and quality approval of minor deviations
- Evaluate compliance issues, provide recommendations, and ensure progress of quality records to completion
- Represent the Drug Substance Quality Assurance department in the execution of projects
- High school/GED with 2 years of work experience OR an Associate's degree with 6 months of work experience OR a Bachelor's degree
- Hands-on QA or manufacturing experience in a GMP environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform GMP operations, including following detailed SOPs, maintaining training, and good documentation practices
- Ability to make quality-based decisions to ensure compliance
- Experience working with Quality Systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as both a team player and independently
- Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field
- Experience managing projects through to completion and meeting timelines
- Ability to display leadership attributes and drive improvement initiatives
