Job Title: Maximo Functional Consultant / Lead
Location: Waltham, MA (Local candidates preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maximo Functional Consultant / Lead with deep expertise in Maximo to drive functional design, configuration, and implementation across business units. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong functional expertise in Maximo
Proven experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
Experience leading workshops and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FDDs, test cases, process flows)
Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies
Hands-on experience in SIT/UAT support and defect management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Transportation
Familiarity with Maximo modules like Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, Procurement
Understanding of Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies
Exposure to Maximo upgrades or cloud implementations (Maximo Application Suite is a plus)
