- Architect and refine comprehensive supply chain strategies that integrate seamlessly with ERP and MRP frameworks to ensure end-to-end visibility.
- Champion the performance of external manufacturing partners by maintaining a consistent on-site presence and driving accountability across all outsourced operations.
- Synthesize complex production data to forecast requirements, mitigate risks, and streamline the flow of materials and finished goods.
- Drive operational excellence by enforcing rigorous adherence to established protocols while identifying opportunities for process evolution.
- Cultivate robust relationships with global vendors through frequent travel and direct engagement, ensuring quality and delivery timelines are met without compromise.
- Execute high-level decision-making with significant autonomy, balancing independent initiative with a commitment to organizational standards.
- Deep Technical Fluency: Comprehensive mastery of fully integrated ERP/MRP systems, with the ability to leverage these tools for sophisticated scope management.
