- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in enterprise data management, with at least 3 years of hands-on, production-level experience with the Profisee MDM platform.
- Demonstrated experience delivering MDM solutions in financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated industries.
- Proven track record of implementing Party/Customer, Policy, or Product master data domains in complex enterprise environments.
- Profisee MDM: Entity modeling, match/merge configuration, survivorship rules, stewardship workflows, Profisee APIs, Profisee Hub administration.
- Cloud & Data Platforms: Microsoft Azure (Data Lake Gen2, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps), Microsoft Fabric / OneLake, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Integration: REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Event-driven architectures.
- Data Engineering: SQL (T-SQL/ANSI), Python, PySpark, Delta Lake, Medallion architecture.
- Data Governance: Microsoft Purview, data cataloging, data lineage, metadata management.
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/Terraform preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Profisee Certification or formal Profisee training credentials.
- Experience with P&C insurance data including Policy, Claims, Reinsurance, Actuarial, or Agent/Producer data.
- Familiarity with NAIC regulatory reporting requirements and insurance data standards.
- Experience with Data Mesh architectures and domain-oriented data ownership models.
- Knowledge of SOC 2, CCPA, or GDPR compliance requirements as they relate to master data.
- Experience with Collibra, Alation, or Microsoft Purview for enterprise data catalog and governance.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies.
