Marketing Specialist with 3 years of relevant B2B professional services experience needed for a full-time, hybrid (3/2) position in Boston of Hartford. Preferred experience in the AEC industry. Will be working on RFPs/RFQs, marketing materials to support the business development process, assist with events, and manage the CRM system. Salary is 75-80K with some flex to 85K depending on qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing and business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and firm collateral
- Coordinate and help develop RFQ/RFP responses, interview decks, and pursuit materials
- Schedule and facilitate Go/No-Go meetings and support opportunity tracking
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM records, contacts, opportunities, and marketing content
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure high-quality, targeted submissions
- Support business development processes, event coordination, and conference visibility
- Assist with website, social media, and other communications projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC or professional services industry
- Experience supporting proposals, business development, and client-facing marketing materials
- Strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in InDesign, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background or interest in architecture, engineering, or construction
- Experience in a professional services environment
