Marketing Automation Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Automation Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive impactful campaigns and optimize marketing operations. Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage audience segmentation and personalization to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure seamless customer journey orchestration and validate campaign assets before deployment.
• Monitor campaign performance and address any delivery or automation issues promptly.
• Document campaign processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
• Support technical initiatives and optimize platform functionalities for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance campaign strategies and automation scalability.
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio and Journey Builder.
• Strong SQL skills for data management and audience segmentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated customer journeys.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-scale CRM or lifecycle marketing programs.
• Familiarity with AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email, and dynamic content configuration.
