Location: Davenport, IA Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly Description:

Job Title: Manufacturing Weld Engineer

Location: Davenport, IA

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time support to production operators, maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MES systems, automated and manual welding processes.
• Assist with operator training and continuous production support activities.
• Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes and projects.
• Maintain clear communication and follow up on work tickets and team updates.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with manual and robotic welding systems (Fanuc preferred).
• Proven ability to execute and support new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both automated and manual environments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
• Strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
