Job Description:

- Our Operations team works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
- As a Functional Technician at our Robotics team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, fabrication, and testing of complex robotic systems and components.
- This position combines hands-on technical work with collaborative problem-solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Execute assembly and fabrication of complex manufactured products following established procedures
- Perform troubleshooting and debug activities on manufacturing products. Gather and analyze data from various sources for problem resolution. Troubleshoot standard tasks and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Conduct PCBA inspection, rework, and circuit board modifications
- Set up and execute test fixtures and DAQ systems. Read and interpret engineering documentation and drawings
- Fabricate cable harnesses and assemble electronic boxes
- Assist in training new hires and junior team members
- Maintain quality standards and contribute to process improvements
- Document discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with hardware standards (SAE, Metric, ASME)
- Perform hardware inspections and first article builds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in reading and understanding English
- Competency with basic hand tools and measurement equipment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and software operations
- Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 pounds frequently
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Understanding of basic hardware standards (SAE, Metric, ASME)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Basic technical communication skills
- 2 years experience in manufacturing assembly
- Experience with specialized manufacturing equipment
- Background in electronics assembly or robotics
- Relevant technical certifications
- Experience with quality control processes
- Manufacturing floor environment
- May require wearing PPE

- 2 Interview Process. 1st interview will be with the HM, focusing on relevant technical skills and experience; 2nd interview will be with the shift lead to assess team fit and practical knowledge
