Job Duties Resolve plant floor system and hardware issues to keep the plant floor operational. Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and escalation for all incidents. Perform data and configuration changes in relation to support. Follow incident response process and procedures. Printer / Hardware Replacements SQL Queries Fix Data and transaction issues Skills Troubleshooting skills Knowledge of SQL, Active Directory, PLC Live Data Tags, Log Monitoring, basic scripting, and execution. Windows / Linux OS Support and configuration Basic knowledge of containers, Kubernetes / Docker or other similar technologies Experience resolving simple to moderately complex issues through root cause analysis. Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, a self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills 1 years of experience with Manufacturing IT Systems (nice to have)
