Location: Cleveland, TN (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $40 45/hr (W2/C2C)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Analyst to support plant operations through data analysis, video data management, and coordination of process improvement initiatives. This role involves working with production data, interpreting system-generated insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage video files from GoPro and other camera devices into SaaS platforms
• Review and analyze system-generated outputs using Microsoft Excel
• Identify production deviations and interpret recommended corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to communicate findings and insights
• Track action items, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up on improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of performance metrics and outcomes
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, filtering, basic formulas)
• Experience working with SaaS applications or web-based tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently in an onsite manufacturing environment
