We are looking for a QA with hands-on experience in digital testing to ensure reliable, secure, and seamless retail/restaurant transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Web / Digital systems.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Web/Digital applications.
- Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty/rewards, and back-office applications.
- Conduct end-to-end transaction testing (cash, credit/debit, mobile wallets, discounts, returns, voids, etc.).
- Log defects, track resolution, and perform retesting.
- Support automation of POS test scenarios where applicable.
- Ensure testing aligns with compliance standards
- Provide detailed test reports and recommend improvements.
- 5 years of experience in functional digital testing.
- Strong understanding of retail/restaurant transaction flows.
- Knowledge iOS and Android mobile apps
- Ability to debug logs using xCode/ Logcat.
- Experience using HTTP Proxy applications: Charles/Fiddler
- Experience using ADB / Logcat/ StackTrace, etc.
- Experience with Mobile devl tools (Android Studio/Xcode )
- Experience with Test/defect management tools (e.g., JIRA,Testrail).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL queries for backend validation)
