Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive technology training strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver training on core systems, applications, workflows, and best practices.
- Support technology rollouts and upgrades through structured training and change management initiatives.
- Lead technology onboarding for new hires to ensure consistent adoption.
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, and on-demand resources.
- Manage training schedules, participation tracking, and learning platforms (LMS).
- Partner with IT, Practice Management, and HR to assess needs and address skill gaps.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or professional development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience delivering technology-focused training to attorneys or similar professionals strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of law firm systems and workflows (e.g., document management, timekeeping, billing, collaboration tools).
