Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Performing preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Operating and maintaining PLC, VFD, HMI, and CMMS systems.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other relevant safety and quality standards.
- Responding promptly to breakdowns and carrying out repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Use of mill and press machinery.
- Working with ammonia refrigeration systems, freezers, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment.
- Using PPE correctly and following all safety procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Collaborating closely with other team members and departments to optimize production processes and improve overall plant performance.
