Job Details
What You'll Do:
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to meet design and quality standards
Program multi-axis CNC Mill & Lathe equipment using MasterCAM and proofing using Vericut (Must have experience with both)
Design using AutoCAD Inventor or similar software
Serve as the main contact for reverse engineering, design engineering and program management
Build and maintain BOMs, labor standards, and methods in our ERP system
Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Design and validate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment
Support workflow and cell layout improvements
Analyze variances, troubleshoot machining issues, and support Supply Chain and Quality as needed
