Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build LookML models (views, explores, dimensions, measures) for healthcare analytics.
- Optimize SQL queries and data models in BigQuery and Snowflake for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement row-level security and access filters to ensure HIPAA-compliant data governance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver executive-level dashboards.
- Use Git-based workflows for LookML code management and deployment across dev, test, and prod environments.
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Looker/LookML development.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Experience building star-schema and snowflake-schema data models.
- Knowledge of healthcare data (claims, membership, provider) and HIPAA compliance.
- Proficiency with Git version control and Looker deployment processes.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Irving, TX.
