Role Description:
- Requirements Discovery & WFM Solution Design - Lead business workshops to gather requirements, assess current state workforce processes, and define future state WFM workflows and global templates using Legion WFM
- Legion WFM Configuration & Functional Enablement - Configure and support core Legion WFM modules Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Demand Forecasting, Absence Management, and Workforce Analytics to meet operational and compliance needs
- Integration, Data Migration & Compliance Oversight - Coordinate integrations between Legion WFM and HRIS, Payroll, POS/EHR, and security systems; support data migration, validation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and workforce policies
- Implementation, GoLive & Hypercare Support - Support phased rollouts, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live readiness, and hypercare activities to stabilize WFM operations and drive workforce optimization outcomes
- Legion WFM Functional Expertise (Core), Hands-on expertise across Legion WFM modules like Time & Attendance, Absence & Leave Management, Demand Forecasting, Labor Budgeting, Automated Scheduling etc.
- Workforce Management (WFM) Domain Knowledge; Integration design between Legion WFM and HRIS (Workday, ADP, UKG, Dayforce, Paycom), Payroll systems and POS / EHR / Appointment systems
