Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions to enhance the technological proficiency of staff and attorneys.
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans tailored to the specific needs of our team.
- Conduct new hire orientations and training to ensure a smooth transition into our firm's technological environment.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops aimed at improving the overall technological competency within the firm.
- Develop engaging e-learning modules to supplement traditional training methods.
- Manage the design and configuration of firm applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the needs of our team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and legal software to ensure our firm remains at the forefront of the legal industry.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the training process.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology training role, preferably within a law firm or legal setting.
- Proven experience with legal software such as NetDocuments, Litera, and InTapp.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct one-on-one training, new hire orientations, and workshops.
- Experience in developing learning plans and e-learning modules.
- Strong understanding of the design and configuration of firm applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technological concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
