Summary:
The Learning Experience Designer will transform how we design, deliver, and scale learning experiences at the company. They will play a critical part in sales enablement by designing scalable, innovative, and highly engaging solutions that empower employees to learn, apply, and create. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and sales enablement strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Creating, managing and implementing blended learning experiences that drive knowledge retention, behavior change, and ROI
- Leverage a variety of learning modalities, including digital learning, immersive simulations, social learning, and AI-driven personalization, to create learning experiences that simulate real-life scenarios
- Reimagine traditional onboarding and training models to create a seamless, intuitive, and self-sustaining learning experience
- Develop frameworks and repeatable models that scale learning across the organization without additional headcount
- Work cross functionally to build self-service and in-the-flow-of-work learning solutions that empower employees to access knowledge at the right time
- Collaborate with the Tools and Technology teams to incorporate AI, automation, and data-driven insights to create adaptive learning experiences that evolve based on business needs
- Facilitate learning experiences as needed and develop strategies to scale facilitation through internal subject matter experts and peer networks
- Enable leaders and teams to take ownership of learning by providing toolkits, playbooks, and enablement resources
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and enablement teams to align learning solutions with strategic priorities
- Act as a thought leader in learning and development, influencing stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends
- 7 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, enablement, or a related field
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavior change models, and instructional methodologies
- Proven ability to create engaging, scalable, and multi-modal learning experiences
