We are seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join a growing product design team focused on enterprise-scale digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a UX generalist with strong expertise in design systems, user-centered design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end UX design activities from concept through delivery using wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
- Create high-quality low, mid, and high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design standards.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Researchers, and other Designers.
- Support design operations, governance, process improvements, and team enablement initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and quality across digital experiences.
- Present design concepts and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- 8 years of UX/UI Design experience (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise application design work (Portfolio link required).
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including:
Components and variants
Auto Layout
Libraries and reusable patterns
Advanced prototyping
- Experience creating:
User flows
Journey maps
Information architecture diagrams
High-fidelity visual designs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration skills.
- Experience designing enterprise applications.
- Experience with native mobile applications.
- Background in equipment management, logistics, transportation, airlines, mapping, oil & gas, fintech, or related industries.
- Knowledge of fleet management or operational workflows.
