Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10 years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems
- 5 years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA
- 2 years of experience performing risk management on space, ground, sof t war e, or hard war e system Major Defense Acquisition Programs
- Experience with ground monitoring stations such as GPS
- Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or digital engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
- Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
- Ability to effectively communicate, work collaboratively on a cross-functional team and independently, and demonstrate an initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with GPS, PNT, or NAV WAR
- Experience with a sof t war e program utilizing Agile met hodologies
- Experience working with sof t war e factories or DevSecOps pipelines
- TS / SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
- Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification s such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
