Location: Charlotte NC (3 Days Hybrid, Day one onsite)
Skills: ServiceNow modules: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
Description:
- Architect, Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs)
- Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud services, messaging platforms)
- Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification
- Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
- Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
- Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
- Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization
